Adult Open Gym

I have tried many gyms over the past 30 years and none of them ever quite worked for me. But, the moment that I walked into Health Unlimited, I immediately knew that I had found a very unique and special place. Health Unlimited is a fitness center with a heart and that makes exercising not only accessible but even enjoyable.

I work down near DC so can only hit the gym on weekends and not every weekend. Love how they let me buy guest passes to come and enjoy their facilities when I can!!!! Great place!

We’ve moved numerous times over the years, and I’ve been a member of so many different gyms– none even come close to the quality, cleanliness, and customer service of Health Unlimited.  I love it there so much!  

We love Health Unlimited. The facility is beautiful and the staff is wonderful.

I just took the Dance Rhythms class for the first time.  I really enjoyed it!  For a 50+ person that needs to get in shape it was a great cardio workout without being too intense on the joints!  It was easy to follow and catch on to the moves, too!!  It also focused on trouble spots like arms and legs!

We love everything about coming to the gym!

I have enjoyed all my time over the past several years, especially Zumba and Spin classes.  Thank you for being the best health club around our area.

There is something for everyone of all ages. Equipment, classes, trainers, circuit, pool, activities of all kinds… A family atmosphere. Love it.
