aquatics_LowRes (300x200)Health Unlimited’s indoor Aquatic Center includes a 6-lane, 25-yard lap pool, a shallow training pool, a large hot tub, and many activities for you and your family to enjoy, including:

Water Walking – walking your laps is a great way for those with joint issues to benefit greatly from exercising in the water without the need to be a strong swimmer

Lap swimming – you can reserve your lap lane in advance and know it will be there for you when you arrive. Visit our Pool Schedule page for info on reserving your lane

Water aerobics – throughout the week, you can participate in a variety of group exercise classes including Pumping H20, Deep H20, Aqua Zumba, and Arthritis Plus. Visit our Pool Schedule page for a full run down of our schedule of classes

Swim lessons – we offer small group and private swim lessons throughout the year along with youth swim clinics and adult swim lessons as well! See links to these programs below.

Open Swim – bring the whole family over to enjoy free play in the pool – no need to wait for summer time to enjoy the water!

Birthday Parties – check out our party page to discover how your child can have a pool party for their birthday no matter what time of the year!

Health Unlimited is also home to Fox Swim Club, a year-round, competitive youth indoor swim team.

The Indoor Pool in the Mt. Airy area

Four counties – Carroll, Frederick, Howard and Montgomery – meet in Mt. Airy, allowing Health Unlimited to be centrally located and ideally placed to offer high quality indoor pools and aquatic activities to the local residents of all four counties.
