Adult Race (13 and Over) Sunday, September 16th 7:00am
Mandatory pre-race meeting will be held at 7:00 a.m. on race day.
The Course:
400 yard - Indoor Swim
11.25 mile - Bike course - rolling hills – Helmets Required (course subject to change) Course Map
5k - Run - rolling hills Course Directions
All transitions occur at Health Unlimited
The Prizes:
Top 3 male/female - (overall)
Age Group Winners: male/female 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, and 55+
Clydesdale (Male over 210lbs), Athena (Female over 150lbs), Middle of the Pack
The Race Packet:
Entry fee includes a race logo shirt and a grab bag. Packet pick-up is on race day only.
The Timing:
Winning Time Chip Timing and course marking for the adult triathlon provided by Racine Multi-Sports
The Ceremony:
At the completion of the race all triathletes are invited to a social gathering with refreshments! The Awards Ceremony will follow the race.
The Registration Fee:
16 Years of Age and Over: $55.00 before July 16th/$65.00 July 16th and After
13-15 years old: $45.00 before July 16th/$55.00 July 16th and After

The Kids Race is Not Timed!!
The event is intended to be fun for all there will be no prizes.
