The Course
Ages 6-8
50 Yard Swim
2 Lap Bike
1 Lap Run |
Ages 8-12
100 yard Swim
2 Mile Bike
3/4 Mile Run |
Children age 8 may choose whichever distance they prefer
(1 Lap = 250 yards)
Parents may assist in water if needed.
Helmets are required on the bike.
Participants Receive: Tri t-shirt, Medal and Certificate

All transitions occur at Health Unlimited
Mandatory pre-race meeting will be held at 7:00 a.m. on race day.
Helmets are required for the bike portion.

13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, and 55+
Clydesdale (Male over 210lbs), Athena (Female over 150lbs),
and Middle of the Pack.

At the completion of the race all triathletes are invited to a social gathering with refreshments! Awards ceremony to follow race.
Entry Fee
- 16 Years of Age or Over: $55.00 before July 16th / $65.00 July 16th and After
- 13-15 Years Old: $45.00 before July 16th / $55.00 July 16th and After
- Entry fee includes a race logo shirt and a grab bag
- Packet pick-up is on race day only
