Health Unlimited Aquatic Center: Swim Lessons, Swim Team, Swim Clinics, and more!

The Health Unlimited's fully indoor Aquatic Center includes a 6 lane 25 yard lap pool, a shallow training pool, and a hot tub.  The lap pool's unique design allows us to have lap lanes available for our members any time the pool is open.  The training pool is used primarily for swim lessons but is also available for open swim several hours a day.  Open Swim is a great time to bring the whole family over to the pool to enjoy the water - even in the winter! Health Unlimited is also the home to our youth indoor swim team, Health Unlimited Hurricanes.

Throughout the day the pool hosts a variety of group exercise classes.  These classes include Pumping H20, Deep H20, Arthritis Plus just to name a few.

Mt. Airy Indoor Pools
