of the class levels, days and times for our fall swim lesson program.
To register, choose the appropriate class and click on the On-line
Registration Center button just below the class times. Registration
may also be done in person or over the phone, however, phone registration
will require a credit card for payment at that time.

Notice:
Our insurance company requires that all persons entering these facilities complete a Waiver of
Liability form prior to their entrance. If you are currently a member of Health Unlimited,
this requirement has already been met. If you are not, or if anyone who will be bringing
your child to swim lessons is not, you may obtain a copy of this form by clicking on the following
link: swim lesson waiver
Please complete this form and present it to the
front desk when checking in on the first day of lessons.
Lesson Fees: Member: $39.50 Non-member: $82 ("Member" and "Non-member"
refer to the status of the individual taking part in the class. Your child must be part of a family or parent/child membership
to receive member rates.)
Cancellations:
Health Unlimited may consolidate or cancel a class if registration
is less than 3 students. A full refund will be given should the
class be cancelled for this reason.
Withdrawal
Policy: If a student withdraws from a class at least
7 days prior to the start of the class, a credit or refund will
be given. If notification is given less than 7 days prior to the
start of the class, a refund will only be given if we are able
to fill the vacancy. A $10 processing fee will be deducted from
all refunds. No refund will be given once the class has started!
PARENT & CHILD - 6 MONTHS TO 3 YEARS
Water Babies I: Parent/Child (6 months -
18 months) - Special bonding between parent and child as they learn to feel comfortable in the
water together while working on basic skills such as water adjustment and exploration, kicking, blowing bubbles,
floating and safety. Class size – minimum 3, maximum 8.

Water Babies II: Parent/Child
(18 mos. - 3 yrs.) - Continual emphasis on basic skills with the parent while moving
towards independence. Skills include water exploration, kicking, bobbing, blowing bubbles, front

PRESCHOOL CLASSES - 3 YEARS - 5 YEARS
**NEW** Preschool Independent Water Skills - (for 3 years of age
ONLY!) - This new class is designed specifically for the 3 year old (not 2 1/2yrs or turning 3 in the
middle of the session) just graduating from the Water Babies classes – to allow them to adapt to the water
independently without parental participation. Entering and exiting the pool on their own, bobbing, blowing
bubbles, gliding, front and back floating and kicking. **Class size limited to 4 students.

Youth Beginner I - A beginner

Check the flyer for ADULT BACK TO BASICS – These classes are designed
for adults 21 yrs and older who have some basic knowledge of swim strokes, are not fearful of the water and
would like to enhance their swimming skills.
Private Lessons
Private lessons are available for one on one, or semi-private ( two on one) for children and adults.
Registration forms are available at the Front Desk. Payment is due at the time of registration.
