Wednesdays Butts and Guts Now 4:30pm – 5:15pm w/Kathryn
Thursdays Bang Power Now 6:45pm – 7:30pm w/Amie
Saturdays Cycling Unlimited Now 7:45am – 8:45am w/Linda
Couple of helpful notes about the schedule:
- Children Must be 12 years old to take any Group Fitness Class
- Your reservation saves you a spot in the class until the class starts. If you are not in class once it starts your spot will be given up to the first person on the waiting list.

- You can reserve a spot for BODYPUMP and Cycling Class (Cycling Unlimited, Vid Spin, Road Riding, Cycling and Abs anytime the day before or day of the class by calling 301.829.9730 or members may sign up online by clicking the link below

Health Unlimited’s Inclement Weather Policy
If Carroll County Schools are Closed or Delayed Due to Inclement Weather, Group Fitness Classes Will Start at 11:30am.
