Thursdays Bang Power Now 6:45pm – 7:30pm w/Amie

Saturdays Cycling Unlimited Now 7:45am – 8:45am w/Linda

 Below is our most current group fitness schedule.  You can use the drop down menus to select the day and time you are interested in.  You can also sort by class type and instructor if you wish.  Just click on the class name for a class description.

Couple of helpful notes about the schedule:

  • Children Must be 12 years old to take any Group Fitness Class
  • Your reservation saves you a spot in the class until the class starts. If you are not in class once it starts your spot will be given up to the first person on the waiting list.
  • On a mobile device?  Download the MindBody App from ITunes or Google Play 
  • You can reserve a spot for BODYPUMP and Cycling Class (Cycling Unlimited, Vid Spin, Road Riding, Cycling and Abs anytime the day before or day of the class by calling 301.829.9730 or members may sign up online by clicking the link below

Health Unlimited’s Inclement Weather Policy

If Carroll County Schools are Closed or Delayed Due to Inclement Weather, Group Fitness Classes Will Start at 11:30am.

Later Classes Will Be Held as Scheduled, Weather Permitting. Please Call to Confirm.
