Couple of helpful notes about the schedule:

  • Shaded classes take place in the Circuit Room
  • Classes in BOLD print are NEW!
  • You can sign up for Cycling Class (Cycling Unlimited, Easy Rider, Pedal and Pump) 24 hours in advance by calling 301.829.9730
  • Children Must be 12 years old to take any Group Fitness Class

Spin For Life - Honoring Angela   

Join Us for our 4th Year of Supporting American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life

Saturday, March 10th Health Unlimited will be hosting 4 consecutive cycling classes starting at 7:00am.  Each 45-minute class has a different theme and a different instructor so find the one that is right for you and signup at the Front Desk.  It is just $20 per bike per class (100% of which goes to Relay for Life) to reserve your spot.

This event is open to both members and nonmembers so call your friends, family, and coworkers and tell them to spin with you for a great cause.

‘70s at 7am with Kevin

Kevin Phelps is back to teach this groovy class that will take you right back to the 1970s.

‘80s at 8am with Linda Z 

Join Linda for this totally rad class that will transport you to the 1980s. 

‘90s at 9am with Stephanie

Stephanie is going to take you back to the Clinton decade with the best music of the 1990s.

  TODAY! at 10am with Natalie

Are you “Trending Now”?  Join Natalie for the best current hits and some recent favorites.   

 Get Into The Spirit- In addition to door prizes, we will be giving away prizes to the people in each class that best represent the theme.
