Couple of helpful notes about the schedule:
- Shaded classes take place in the Circuit Room
- Classes in BOLD print are NEW!
- You can sign up for Cycling Class (Cycling Unlimited, Easy Rider, Salsa Spin Pedal and Pump) and BODYPUMP 24 hours in advance by calling 301.829.9730 (or after 12pm on Sundays for Monday Evening Classes)
- Children Must be 12 years old to take any Group Fitness Class
