Designed for swimmers who are able to glide on their fronts/backs and perform flutter kick front/back.  Use of these skills will be incorporated into learning the crawl stroke with rotary breathing and furthering survival skills.  Students will be introduced to elementary backstroke arms.  Class size limited to 6.
