Personal Fitness Program
The Personal Fitness Program is the free initial orientation for new members. It's Our Goal to make you feel comfortable with every aspect of our facility. During the Personal Fitness Program, a Professional Fitness Trainer will design an exercise program for you based on your personal goals, needs, and current fitness level.
Start Smart Program
Start Smart is an affordable introduction to personal training. This program includes 3 personal training sessions during which your trainer will help you identify your goals, develop an individualized exercise program based on your needs, and educate you on all aspects of health and fitness.
The Start Smart Program is customized to each client's specific needs. Your trainer will map out a plan for you to make continuous progress. Our goal is to have you be successful! Key components of the program may include:
- Establishing specific goals
- Body Composition Analysis
- Heart Rate Cardiovascular Training
- Individualized Strength & Flexibility Routine
- Sport & Activity Specific Programs
The Start Smart Program is offered exclusively to members new to personal training. The program includes 3 sessions and is offered at an introductory rate of $99.
Personal Training Programs
We offer many different options when it comes to personal training. You may sign up for personal training either by the hour or half-hour. All sessions can be purchased individually or in 5 sessions packages.
For members one hour sessions are $45 for 1 session or $195 for 5. Half-hour sessions for members are $25 (1 session) or $120 (5 sessions). We also offer partner or small group training which is $25 per person per session.
In addition to offering Personal Training to our members we also offer training to those that are currently not members of Health Unlimited. One 1-hour session is $55 or purchase 5 1-hour sessions ($245) at a time and save money. If you are short on time you can also purchase 5 half-hour sessions for $150.
