Kids are a big part of Health Unlimited Family Fitness and Aquatic Center. From our multiple kids’ areas to our popular “Be a Swimmer” swim lessons, swim team and birthday party activities, we have created a club where the entire family can come enjoy the benefits of an active lifestyle – together or separately.

We have three rooms designated as “Kids Only!” (except for our attentive staff, of course): The Kids’ Club (for ages 6 wks to 8 yrs), The Tumble Room (ages 4-8 yrs) and The Yard (ages 7-13, or age 6 and completed 1st grade). Our two indoor pools and gymnasium provide areas for the family to play and move together, hone their swim stroke or basketball skills and have fun doing it all!

Plus, the older kids have access to the equipment in our vast fitness center. Youth 12 and up may use our cardio equipment (i.e., treadmills, bikes, etc.) as well as the strength equipment in the carpeted areas on their own. At age 14, youth gain access to our free weight equipment in the black matted area. Children ages 10 – 15 years old can also take advantage of our Youth Circuit Class to lift under the guidance of our fitness trainers.With our kids rooms and activities, we are able to focus on family as well as fitness – just like our name says!
