Class Descriptions
Cycling
- (Bike shorts are suggested)
- Cycling
Unlimited - All Levels -Outdoor cycling in an indoor
environment. Work at your own pace. Classes held on the
mezzanine.
- Intro
to Cycle - Learn proper set-up and form in this
beginner’s class.
Aquatics - (Water shoes are recommended) - great
classes for expecting mothers!
- Splash & Dash -
Beginner to Intermediate. Take a stroll or a brisk walk (and
much more) in the water and enjoy the company of friends.
Classes are held in the shallow end of the pool.
- Pumping H2O - All
Levels. A shallow water cardio workout that challenges you
with fun, time-efficient exercises for muscle toning &
strengthening balance, posture, coordination, agility,
flexibility, and much more.
- Pumping w/Abs -
Pumping class in the water with increase core and abs
workout.
- Deep H2O - All
Levels. Easy to follow, fun, safe and effective deep water
exercises for total fitness with emphasis on core
straightening and toning of the much troubled abdominal and
back region. Classes held at the deep end of the pool.
- Arthritis Plus -
All Levels. A great cardio muscle-conditioning workout for
all ages with any degree of arthritis with an additional
cardio workout. Classes are held in the shallow end of the
pool.
Land -
Modifications are shown for all levels
- Hi/Lo
Sculpt - A moderate to high intensity workout that is
great for fat burning and cardio conditioning followed by a
strengthening and toning section. Great class for
beginners/advanced. Sculpt Express: 45 min weight training
class.
- Step
Challenge - Challenge your mind and body to a new level
in this creatively choreographed advanced step class. The
choreography is exciting and the intensity is high to help
you improve coordination, body awareness and cardiovascular
conditioning. Intermediate to Advanced.
- Step
Interval - Get the cardio challenge and fat burning
workout from the step portions of this class, mixed in with
strength training intervals that utilize hand-held weights,
tubes, or our own body’s resistance to shape your body from
head to toe. Intermediate to Advanced. Step-n-Sculpt- Basic
step aerobics with upper and lower body weight training. All
levels
- Cardio
Boxing - Experience power and energy in this action
packed cardiovascular class. You’ll kick punch and sweat!
Intermediate to Advanced. Kick Box/Core: Boxing and core
training combined. Turbo Kick: A pre-choreograph class with
great box and dance moves. All levels of fitness.
- Rep
Reebok - Challenge and define your body in this muscle
building class.

High/Low Ball - A toning and cardio class utilizing a
resist-a-ball and a high/low floor workout. Great way to
increase posture, coordination, agility and flexibility this
class is designed for beginners. Hi/Lo Dance: Hi/Lo class
with modified dance moves. Great for all levels of fitness.
- Awesome
ABS - A 30-minute core training class to focus only on
the abs and back area. Legs, Legs, Legs- A lower body
sculpting class for your buns and thighs. All Fitness
Levels.
- Butts &
Guts - Challenge your ABS and Butts in a whole new way.
This class focuses on training the Abs and for trunk &
postural stabilization followed by intense Glut work and
stretching, to improve flexibility and release stress. For
all fitness levels.
- Boot
Camp - A high impact cardio sports class. Different each
week to keep you on your toes. Come ready to sweat! All
levels.
- “Back
to the Basic” - Fun, easy to follow, basic weight
training for upper/lower body. Good for all fitness levels.
MindBody
Classes:
- Mat
Pilate’s HU -This class is a total Mind body workout,
which focuses on precise concentrated movement using the
mind to feel and focus on the body. Movements emphasize
building strong abs and lower back to enhance strength,
muscular symmetry, alignment, flexibility, grace
coordination. All fitness levels.
- Yoga
- a traditional yoga class based on an ancient form of
movement that promotes balance, flexibility, strength, and
relaxation through various postures and breathing
techniques. All fitness levels.

Strong-n-Balance - Ideal for those 50+, this class
increases strength and flexibility and improves balance for
an improved ability to accomplish our everyday
tasks-and-more!
- Tai Chi
– This class includes slow motion routines drawing from
martial arts movements that increase balance, flexibility
while decreasing your stress. Great for All Fitness Levels!
- Teen
Strength - This 45-minute class is exclusively for 12-17
year olds. Students will utilize a variety of equipment to
increase their strength including; Resist–A-Balls, free
weights, and Dynobands.
- Spin &
Fin - A 45-minute indoor ride followed by 30 minutes in
the lap lanes. Great way to train for the triathlon. All
levels.

Bike/Run - Training for our Annual Triathlon on October
3rd. Bring your bike and running shoes. Training consists of
the full cycle course with a quick transition to a short run
one-week. The next week’s training will consist of a partial
training ride, quick transition, and the complete run
course. Kids’ Club provided during outside training (using
the standard reservation policy). Helmets must be worn
during bike training.
- Bike &
Hike - Bike and running class. Enjoy a nice brisk walk
or run outdoors followed by a 30-minute cycle class. Great
for all levels.
