Adult Swim Lessons at Health Unlimited Family Fitness and Aquatic Center
Health Unlimited offers two types of adult swim lessons. Our Adult/Teen classes are for adults that have none or limited swimming experience. For those adults that are comfortable in the water and want to increase there current swimming ability "Back to Basics" is the perfect class.
Back to Basics Swimming for Adults Health Unlimited Family Fitness and Aquatic Center
These classes are designed for participants who have basic knowledge of strokes, and are not afraid of the water. Participants have had limited or no instruction in swimming.
Monday/Wednesday Class – 11:30am-12:30pm

Cost: Members - $50 Non-Members - $75 (Participants must be 21 yrs & older)
